How Gem State Staffing Works


You can order workers anytime, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.

Our office opens early. We’re at work when you are, so we can have workers standing by, ready for dispatch.

When you call us, we will want to know exactly what your needs are, for example: experience level, specific computer software knowledge, any additional skills required, and length of time needed. This allows us to choose the most qualified applicant to fit your needs.

Our employees are pre-screened.

They have completed “Safety Orientation Training” and Testing. We conduct reference checks, and verify previous employment. We also conduct pre-employment and random drug screening on request. Our goal is to “get it right the first time!”

We dispatch our workers from our office, not their homes. We see the workers before you do. 

We guarantee our workers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a worker, call us within the first two hours, we will replace the worker immediately, you won’t be billed for those 2 hours.

“Work Ethics” and “Attention to Detail” is paramount in your business. We will ensure that our workers are experienced and possess the same qualities that you expect of your own staff.

Gem State Staffing provides workman’s compensation liability protection.
We do all the paperwork and pay all required taxes. Employers are not obligated for any contractual agreement with any worker. All workers are strictly under employment of Gem State Staffing.

Our fee covers employee wages, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, all applicable Employer State and Federal Taxes, Liability Insurance and all administrative costs. Our insurance carrier will provide you with a “Certificate of Insurance Liability”.

Should you decide to hire our workers on a permanent basis after a short trial period with our office, just contact our office.There are no long-term contracts, and no buy out requirements. There’s never a fee to you or the worker.
